2007 Domaine des Chênes Rivesaltes Tuile

Appellation: Rivesaltes Tuilé
Varieties: Very old black Grenache (90%) and grey Grenache (10%). Yields inferior to 20hl/ha.
Terroir: very stony sandstone.
Harvest: manual
Vinification: traditional in red with maceration followed by a mutage (addition ol alcohol) in the berries to favor extraction. Ageing seven years in barrels (220L) and 1/2 muids (600L barrels)
