2011 Domaine des Chênes Le Mascarou

Appellation: Côtes du Roussillon Villages TAUTAVEL
Varieties: very old vines of Carignan (33%) and black Grenache (33%), associated to the Syrah (34%).
Terroir : very stony limestone for Carignan and Syrah, sandstone for the Grenache. Yields inferior to 30 hl/ha.
Harvest: manual
Vinification : in red traditional with maceration of 20 days with pumping over. Ageing in old barrels during one year.
