General Information:
This wine comes from a vineyard grown biodynamically and located on the cone of dejection of Chamoson in the area of Champlans. The must is settled, then ferments in a new oak cask.The alcoholic fermentation ends at the end of the year and the malolactic fermentation follows the following spring. The wine still spends the summer in wood and is bottled in mid-September 2016, without filtration.
