General Information:
This wine comes from a beautiful plot located in La Neuveville, on the shores of Lake Biel. The locality is called Les Perrières . The viticulture is extensive and the vines are conducted free standing. 
It is totally destemmed, put in a stainless steel tank for fermentation. After 3 weeks of maceration, the whole is pressed in a vertical press and then housed in two barrels having already contained several wines. At the end of June of the following year, the casks are blended awaiting the bottling which is done August 4, 2017, without filtration.
