Champagne Jacques Selosse Substance Extra-Brut Grand Cru
To prepare this blend of rosé, the house Selosse blends 6% Pinot Noir with 94% Chardonnay. This Chardonnay comes from vines in the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir comes from the vines of Ambonnay. After manual harvesting and a winemaking in Champagne, the bottles stay at least 6 years in the cellar before a low dosage. The result is an atypical pink champagne, between greed and lightness, with matter, citrus, raspberry and a beautiful vinosity.
